Our mission: To do service to our clients and their brands by bringing their services and products to life through sticky characters and sticky messaging. While other agencies create work that draws attention to themselves, we create work that draws attention to brands. By creating cohesion through memorable assets, we bring products and businesses to life and position them for long term growth.

How we started:

Character Glue was created in 2018 by Todd Hoffman and company. Todd has been a leading marketer for over 20 years. Working on an array of multimillion-dollar brands, he acquired an exorbitant amount of information sifting through data and research. In his experience, he discovered that ‘characters’ break through more strongly than other types of marketing (no matter the category), they increase retention and build long-term relationships with audiences.

Since its creation, Character Glue has joined forces with First-the-Trousers brand consulting and Thinkubator branding to help uncover stronger consumer insights and ideas that deliver more impactful work.

This ‘brand forward’ approach guarantees the spotlight remains on ‘your company’ and more importantly – in the customers mind.
